Packing: TSA 3-1-1 rule for liquids

Time seems to be flying by all of the sudden. In only 5 days I will be on my way to start my semester in Seoul. That also means that this week I've been doing much more packing than I think I've ever had to. For many years now my longest trips have been 2 weeks and the difference is noticeable.

It's exciting to be getting everything together and being so close to my departure date! (Well, a little stressful too...)

Anyway, if you live in the USA you will know that TSA has a 3-1-1 rule in place for liquids in carry-on bags. Basically you can bring:
- 3 oz (90ml) containers or less that fit into a
- 1 quart clear bag.
- 1 is allowed per person, not bag.

Hopefully, this post can help you decide what to liquids to bring in your carry-on. I have packed mine with skincare essentials and a few others just in case my bag was lost. I have a total of 12 things in mine.

1. Yes to Blueberries facial cleansing wipes. These are excellent for the plane, they can help you feel refreshed without having to get up and use the bathroom sink.
2. Purity (Philosopy) cleanser.
3. Mini of my daily moisturizer.
4. Holika Holika Petite Moisture BB cream. This is for when I arrive, to look less like I spent 14hrs+ on a plane.
5. No7 eye cream. The skin under your eyes is really delicate, so it's good to bring an eye cream.
6. Rimmel Glam Eyes mascara. Just my daily mascara, see #4 for why.
7. Lioele Waterdrop Sleeping Pack. This stuff is AMAZING for flights. My skin dries out really quickly and this is the only thing that keeps it from doing so. Smells nice too...

8. Burt's Bees Milk & Honey body lotion. Once again, planes are really drying on the skin.
9. Colgat wisp tooth things. For quick, waterless tooth-brushing. I actually don't know if these need to be in here, I just found it handiest to put them in there.
10. Mini toothpaste. I like this Crest one, it's my normal one. :)
11&12. Minis of my shampoo and conditioner. (In case my bag gets lost).
13. Mini hand sanitizer. The air on a plane is filled with germs. *Not Shown*
