걸스데이 - 나를 잊지마요 / Girl's Day - Don't Forget Me

Girl’s Day released the MV for 나를 잊지마요 Don’t Forget Me on Oct 25 as their second comeback of the year and first as a four member group. This video is significantly less crazy than their last, but just as cute.

The song and video are based around the story of a first love in school and stars member Hyeri as the lead.

Minah, Yura, Hyeri, Sojin

Be sure to check out their adorable video here.

The MV starts off with a dance scene in these purple and pink outfits. I like the little jackets on top. I also appreciate when there are variations in group members’ outfits that still have a central theme.

Minah shows off the popular “bottomless fashion.” I like the low ponytail and outfit. What is that thing in the corner though?

I think this is the only part where more than one girl is featured in the room during her solo part. Sojin’s outfit is the complete opposite of Minah’s with dark colours.

So sweet! By the way, standing in the hall with hands up is usually a discipline after misbehaving or failing to do work in the classroom.

Yura not only gets to show off her singing in this song, but a bit of her rap skills too.

I love the soft colours of their outfits. Also this is a pretty cool set, all of the sets for this MV are very spacious and most of them are empty too. This one looks plausible as a real room, unlike the school.

Hyeri

This is one fancy, odd school. I think the sets fit well with the song, but this just does not look like a school in any way. It has resembles a victorian mansion or something.

Minah is impressive vocally and it actually showed in this song. Not crazy about these outfits, they seem a bit ill fitting and, as such, unflattering.

Part of the dance for the main chorus, which is relatively simple and without any complicated moves. After seeing a live performance that is to their advantage as they can actually sing the song.

“You are my, you are my, you are my baby,” the dance is quite literal for this line.

The video ends with her leaning in to kiss his cheek, much like he did to her in an earlier scene.
